I have registered for journal TOCs but don't think it will be any good to me as I usually don't need any of this type information as I mainly deal with obtaining the particular article that a doctor or nurse request.

I have read about Twitter and undecided if I am going to join although many sites now a days say follow us on Twitter.  I shall have to think about the pros and cons and what the benefits are.

rss tried

I have now at last tried the RSS even though my collegue gets a different screen at first than mine.. I am trying to link it to sites for my cake decorating or icing.
